Purchases made are processed via Pay Pal. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Awakened Heart, LLC, it’s officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of use, data or profit on any theory of liability arising out of, or in connection with the use or the ability to use the materials on this website. This website and the contents, tools and resources provided are offered for use at the member’s will and are not meant to replace medical care, nor are they guaranteed to “heal” or produce any guaranteed results. Awakened Heart LLC reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member at the company’s discretion. Reasons for membership termination include, but are not limited to: vulgar, profane or inappropriate communications; threats to site or other members and promoting negativity within or about the site or it’s contents within. User Submissions Any messages, suggestions, ideas, or concepts that are submitted shall become, and remain, the property of Awakened Heart LLC. You agree that Awakened Heart LLC may use any submissions, for any purpose including reproduction, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. You agree to not transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or profane material, or any other material. Email info submissions or questions will be answered on a first come first serve basis, there is no representation to the expedience of a reply from Awakened Heart LLC. Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Awakened Heart LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms of Use. Miscellaneous If a court finds a portion of this Agreement unenforceable, the rest of this Agreement will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce the same provision in the future. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement or any Awakened Heart LLC Sites shall be brought in state court in Michigan, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings contained in this Agreement are for informational purposes only, but are not, themselves, enforceable provisions of this Agreement. Cancellation Policy If you are dissatisfied with your membership, you may cancel at any time. There is a no refund policy for any products, coarses or services.
